Get a natural color by layering on the cheek point.
Learn the best position for cheek contouring, and you'll get it right every time.
The "cheek point" is the starting point for brush movement. It's located just outside of the point where straight lines from the outer corner of the eye and the center of the nostril meet up.
Use the size in this photo as a reference for application. Don't add color beyond the eye socket or below the line of the nose.
Using the above left illustration as a reference, check your cheek point with your finger while looking in the mirror.
Lightly apply the blush starting at the cheek point and moving inward to the center line of the face.
If you apply the brush directly you might add too much color or uneven color. After taking some blush with both side of the brush, use the back of your hand to remove excess before applying to the face.
Use the other side of the brush to apply from the cheek point outward.
After removing blush from the brush with a tissue, brush the upper and lower parts of the cheek to round and blend the color into a natural blended look.
A more healthy and lively look. Adding cheek makeup gives you a lively, contoured face.
